My scan didn't identify the right product

AI identification improves over time. Try scanning again with a clearer photo of the product label — make sure the product name and brand are visible. If it still doesn't work, let us know and we'll look into it.

How do I reset my skin profile?

Email us at bryan@foundingllama.com and let us know you'd like to reset your profile. We'll clear your assessment data so you can start fresh.

How do I delete my data?

Email us at bryan@foundingllama.com and request data deletion. We'll remove all your assessment data, scan history, check-in records, and profile information from our servers within 30 days.

Is Dew available on Android?

Dew is currently available for iOS only. We're exploring Android support for the future.
